The Customer Service / Administrative Assistant position is a key contributor to our team in satisfying the customer's requirements for sign and graphic products and services while helping the team grow the business. This position greets walk in clients and over the phone resulting in increasing sales revenues for the team. In addition they assist the team with the execution of projects and administration tasks.

The ideal candidate has competence, character and experience in:
• Experience in the sign and graphics industry.

• Proven success in an inside sales role.

• Training as a graphics designer and use of the Adobe Suite tools.

• Submitting payroll reports and experience in bookkeeping.

• Use of the ShopVox order management system, QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.

• Shows a balance between being a specialist and a generalist.

• A pleasant demeanor and quickly builds rapport with clients, team members and suppliers.

• Has a commitment to continuous improvement and a creative mindset and can help move the client through an established process of fulfillment from design to final invoice and providing a solution for their sign and graphics needs.

• Demonstrates attention to detail throughout their individual work.

• Familiarity with various standard computer programs and the ability to learn new systems.

• Achieved increased responsibilities through work performance in prior assignments.

• Adopts a set of core values and principles that align with our organization.

• Demonstrated loyalty to the organizational mission and is a true team player.

• Comfortable preparing reports through analysis of data and researching regulations for team compliance.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
